Many fans have been chomping at the bit to get the opportunity to see space-eating defensive lineman A’Shawn Robinson suit up for the Los Angeles Rams. Unfortunately, Robinson has been sidelined since the beginning of training camp with a medical issue. The Rams initially thought they had locked him up to a deal in free agency to replace Michael Brockers until Brockers ended up having his deal with the Baltimore Ravens fall through. Now, Robinson and Brockers could line up alongside Aaron Donald this week in a pivotal game against the 5-1 Bears according to Stu Jackson of theRams.com
Rams HC Sean McVay says DL A’Shawn Robinson could be activated to the 53-man roster as soon as this week.

It’s worth noting while Robinson struggled last year, his 2018 season with Matt Patricia and the Detroit Lions was one of the best from an interior lineman according to Pro Football Focus. If he’s healthy, and he’s ready to go he’s going to be huge upfront for the Rams, especially as a gap plugger and run defender.
