The Los Angeles Rams will be getting one of their star receivers back for their Monday Night Football game versus the Baltimore Ravens, Lindsey Thiry of ESPN reported late Monday, Nov. 18.
Cooks is coming off his 4th concussion since entering the NFL in 2014. The Rams took a precautionary approach to his return, and at certain points during the year Rams fans didn’t know if they’d see him in a Rams jersey again.
Cooks has had 27 catches for 402 yards on the season and he has been Jared Goff’s third-favorite target on the field behind Robert Woods and Cooper Kupp, much like last year.
Recently, Cooks placed his Hidden Hills home up for sale at $5.8 million and he has been moderately quiet on his concussion and health issues. The sale of his LA-area home paired with his relatively unhealthy NFL career created even more buzz on his retirement.
That much won’t be true, the Rams will get some production back on the field as they prep for one of the best teams in the league.
In other Rams receivers news, Thiry also reports that Robert Woods is still dealing with his personal issues and gave no update on his playing status.
