Following a groin injury to kicker, Greg Zuerlein, during warm-ups for yesterday’s game, Rams have brought back kicker Sam Ficken. Ficken, formerly a Ram after Zuerlein suffered a back injury last season, rejoins the team. Ficken was utilized in two games last season making two of three field goal attempts and making four of five extra point attempts the longest being 23 yards. Punter, Johnny Hekker, filled in for injured Zuerlein in yesterday’s game. Following that game, Rams contacted Ficken to bring him back on the roster.
