There are still plenty of cuts looming but we have found out that another Ventura County product will be playing in Los Angeles and that would be the former Oregon Duck Troy Hill. It was first reported by the Ventura County Star reporter Joe Curley via his twitter.

Hill was injured in preseason but really showed off his ability to possibly be the nickel corner. He outplayed Lamarcus Joyner, Coty Sensabaugh and Marcus Roberson. The coaching staff took notice as he started working with the second-team. Hill was formerly with the New England Patriots and Cincinnati Bengals. Considered a long shot to make the roster, Hill work his tail off and most likely won his roster spot with his stellar play in preseason.

It remains to be seen who makes the Rams roster for cornerback outside of the obvious ones in Trumaine Johnson and E.J. Gaines but this is a good move by the Rams to keep this talented feisty corner on their roster.
