The Rams are set to kick off their third preseason game in Denver against the Broncos. While week three is considered the dress rehearsal game for the regular season one starter will be out tonight.

Rob Havenstein who was taken off the PUP (Physically unable to perform) list, will be held out of action tonight. The other player that is out of action tonight is fan favorite Nelson Spruce due to a sprained knee. There will most likely be a few other scratches because some starters are held out as precaution but expect just about everyone to play tonight.

On the opposing side, Denver will have star CB Aqib Talib coming back from an injury he sustained over the offseason when he shot himself in the leg. TE Jeff Heuerman who tore his ACL last season, is going to be a scratch as he is still recovering from a hamstring injury. Expect WR Bennie Fowler to be held out as well after he sustained a sprained elbow in week one’s preseason game versus the Arizona Cardinals.

Lets hope this injury report stays this thin for both teams when the game is over…
